With over 20 years of experience in strategic marketing and leadership, Kristy specializes in positioning high-profile commercial real estate developments for long-term success. As part of Cullinan Properties’ Leadership Team, she plays a key role in shaping company strategy while leading the vision and execution of marketing initiatives that elevate the company’s brand, attract national tenants and investors, and drive value across a diverse portfolio of mixed-use, retail, multifamily, healthcare, and government projects.
Since joining Cullinan in 2024, Kristy has built and implemented comprehensive marketing strategies that align with leasing and investment objectives, ensuring every project is positioned to maximize visibility and performance. She partners closely with executives, leasing teams, and development leaders to oversee branding, signage, digital strategy, PR, and experiential marketing, while also collaborating with municipalities, community stakeholders, and strategic partners to strengthen Cullinan’s market presence and foster relationships that fuel growth.
Prior to joining Cullinan Properties, Kristy was Vice President of Marketing at the Illinois Manufacturing Excellence Center (IMEC), where she developed and managed statewide strategic marketing initiatives to support manufacturing growth across Illinois. In this role, she collaborated extensively with government entities, industry partners, and key stakeholders to promote IMEC’s services and programs. Kristy’s efforts helped increase awareness of manufacturing resources available through public-private partnerships, strengthen community ties, and position IMEC as a leading resource for manufacturing innovation and excellence.
Earlier in her career, Kristy gained valuable experience in marketing and communications across various industries, building expertise in brand development, event planning, and digital marketing. Her broad background allows her to bring a versatile, results-driven approach to her leadership at Cullinan.
