Janet Frietsch serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Cullinan Properties, where she leads the Company’s human resources function and plays an integral role in advancing corporate goals, policies, and organizational initiatives. She oversees all aspects of human capital management, including talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and wellness and engagement programs.
With nearly two decades of human resources leadership experience, Janet partners closely with executive leadership to align people strategies with Cullinan’s business priorities and evolving organizational needs. She is focused on fostering a high-performing, collaborative workplace while continuing to strengthen the Company’s approach to talent, employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
