Bio

Dan Jutzi serves as Executive Vice President of Development & Construction at Cullinan Properties, where he provides strategic leadership for the company’s development and construction teams, third-party resources, and construction activities across the existing portfolio and current and future developments. With more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate construction, development, and redevelopment, Dan is recognized for delivering complex, large-scale projects and leading high-performing teams throughout the Midwest.

Before joining Cullinan, Dan served as Senior Director of Construction Management at Transformco Properties, where he oversaw all phases of construction and development, including design, budgeting, scheduling, execution, financial performance, forecasting, and change management. Prior to Transformco, he spent 13 years with Brixmor Property Group, most recently as Vice President of Construction, leading development, redevelopment, and tenant construction activities across 85 retail shopping centers totaling more than 16 million square feet. In 2024 alone, he directed eight major development projects with construction budgets exceeding $111 million and managed a project portfolio valued at more than $220 million.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies and a Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and is a Licensed Architect in the State of Illinois.
