ST. CHARLES, Mo. – June 15, 2026 – Cullinan Properties is pleased to announce that Sobremesa is now open at Streets of St. Charles. Located on Beale Street, the restaurant brings a fresh dining experience to the mixed-use destination with flavorful Mexican-inspired cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, and an inviting atmosphere. 

Since opening, Sobremesa has expanded its service hours, now welcoming guests throughout the week for lunch and dinner. The restaurant offers a comfortable setting designed for gathering with family and friends while enjoying a menu of approachable favorites and signature offerings.

Sobremesa is located at 1650 Beale Street, Suite 130, in St. Charles, Missouri. The restaurant is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
