Cullinan Properties partnered with Peoria County and the City of Peoria to develop office and parking to support the growing needs of prominent downtown businesses while providing convenient parking in the heart of Peoria.This 90,000 SF upscale building combines office and retail space with three levels of parking. The project began in 1991 and took two years to complete.
