Cullinan Properties partnered with Quincy Medical Group to develop a 70,000 SF adaptive reuse medical facility at Quincy Town Center. Converted from a former department store, the building houses radiology and oncology services on the first floor and an Ambulatory Surgery Center with five surgical rooms and three procedure rooms on the second floor. Construction began in summer 2019 with phased openings in 2020 and 2021.
