Having successfully completed over 1M square feet of transactions with Cullinan Properties, Kathleen leads the Leasing Department and Strategic Relationships. She helps promote the company and further expand its retail and medical relations, as well as retain and grow key corporate and anchor relationships.
Prior to joining Cullinan Properties in 2006, Kathleen served as a Broker with InCommercial Property Group. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Kathleen is a proud member of Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC) as well as Dirtdoctors Retail Developer’s Forum, Chicago Area Shopping Center Owners (CASCO), mentor of The Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation and is a licensed Illinois real estate broker. She also serves on the Infant Welfare Society Board, Northwestern Women’s Hospital Board, and Allendale Women’s Board. She has been recognized by Real Estate Forum as one of the real estate industry’s Leaders Under 40.
