Ginger Benz is the President of Government Solutions & Business Strategy at Cullinan Properties. She has been an integral member of the Cullinan team since 2006, bringing over two decades of experience in operational management, marketing, and public relations. In 2025, Ginger transitioned into her current role, where she leads the company’s government initiatives. Her responsibilities include engaging with members of Congress, municipalities, and other stakeholders to expand Cullinan’s mixed-use development portfolio and federal contracting business, particularly with the Department of Veterans Affairs and the General Services Administration.

Prior to her current position, Ginger served as the Vice President of Operations & Marketing and on the Board of Managers, overseeing the company’s operations, marketing, and administration. She played a pivotal role in the pre-development phases of several key projects, including the Levee District in East Peoria, the Streets of St. Charles in Metro St. Louis, and the Rock Run Collection in Joliet, Illinois.

Before joining Cullinan Properties, Ginger served as Director of Marketing and Public Relations at CPM Marketing Group, a Customer Relationship Management and database marketing provider for healthcare, financial services and telecommunications industries.

Ginger is actively involved in several professional organizations. She is a member of the Coalition for Homeless Veterans and the National Federal Development Associates. Additionally, she serves on the Board of Directors for WayForward Resources, an organization dedicated to providing food and housing security through action and advocacy to individuals in need.
