Cullinan Properties developed this 50-bed specialty hospital in partnership with Kindred Healthcare and Iowa Health Systems/UnityPoint Health. Opened in August 2009 ahead of schedule and under budget, the facility is designed to expand, accommodating an additional 14 beds, providing high-quality long-term acute care in downtown Peoria.
