The building was originally built in 1910 as a warehouse for the Langan & Taylor Storage and Moving Company, designed by the architecture firm of Widman and Walsh.  Having changed hands over the years, the building was renovated for office used in the 1970’s before being purchased and redeveloped by Cullinan Properties in 2015.
