LA FIESTA MEXICAN RESTAURANT COMING TO EAST COURT VILLAGE
(PEKIN, IL — June 22, 2021) – Cullinan Properties, Ltd. announces it has closed the sale of a 1.2 AC parcel of land at East Court Village to La Fiesta of Pekin, Inc. East Court Village is located at the intersection of Rt. 9 (Court St.) and Veterans Drive in Pekin, IL.
La Fiesta will join the center that includes OSF Center for Health, Hobby Lobby, Petco, Tractor Supply Company, Starbucks and others. The locally owned and operated casual dining restaurant offers authentic Mexican cuisine, complete with a full bar. La Fiesta will have an outdoor seating area, dining room space suitable for large parties and a pickup window for carry-out orders. This will be the restaurant’s third location, with others in Morton and Canton, IL.
The parcel is located on Veterans Drive next to Radio Shack, The UPS Store and GameStop. Construction will begin this summer and the restaurant is anticipated to open Winter 2021.
