(Peoria, IL – September 3, 2026) – Cullinan Properties, Ltd., headquartered in Peoria, IL, is pleased to announce the Department of Veterans Affairs has awarded Cullinan Government Solutions, dba Cullinan Copperas Cove MSOPC, LLC to develop, own and lease to the VA a new 256,000-square-foot VA Multi-Specialty Outpatient Clinic in Copperas Cove, Texas, near Fort Hood. The project team includes architecture and design firm Leo A Daly; general contractor Hoar Construction; civil engineer Westwood Professional Services; and property management firm Lincoln Property Company.
Site work has commenced, and the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System will host a groundbreaking ceremony on Thursday, October 8, 2026, at 10 a.m. at 552 Robert Griffin III Blvd., Copperas Cove, TX 76522. Veterans, their families, and caregivers are invited to attend. The clinic is scheduled for completion in September 2028, with the first patients expected to be seen in January 2029.
The new two-story clinic will offer Veterans a full range of services, including a Women’s clinic, imaging, dental, endoscopy, primary care, social work, dermatology and cardiology. The expanded space will accommodate more Veterans and improve appointment times and is positioned to serve up to 250,000 Veterans across the growing Central Texas region.
