(Peoria, IL, September 8, 2015) – On Wednesday, September 9th, at 11:00 a.m., Wasabi Sushi Bar will host a ceremonial ribbon cutting and officially open at the Streets of St. Charles located on South 5th Street at the 1-70 interchange in St. Charles, Missouri. In addition, later this month Picasso’s Coffee House will join the Streets of St Charles tenant line-up.
Streets of St. Charles is the tenth location for Wasabi, which has nine existing locations across Missouri, Illinois, Kansas and Colorado. The sushi bistro has Sauce Magazine’s award for Best Sushi in St. Louis for 12 consecutive years and will be located next to Bar Louie on Beale Street. The restaurant at Streets of St. Charles will feature outdoor patio dining and a wide variety of unique rolls and Japanese cuisine.
Picasso’s Coffee will mark the shop’s second location in St. Charles. The locally-owned and independent coffee house features locally roasted coffee, bakery items from LaBonne Bouchee and
smoothies. Lunch is also served daily with menu items including Paninis and fresh salads. Customers will enjoy a wide selection of wines, liqueurs, and craft and imported beers each evening, as well as occasional live entertainment. Picasso’s will offer outdoor patio seating and is located on Beale Street across from U- Swirl Yogurt.
