Streets of St. Charles To Launch Beale Street Market Starting in August
Markets will take place the first Wednesday of each month, August through November
St. Charles, Mo., July 30, 2018 – Streets of St. Charles is adding to its successful outdoor lineup of events with the introduction of the Beale Street Market. The first Market will be held this Wednesday, August 1st from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m., and will feature goods from local farmers, artists, and craftsmen. Monthly Markets will follow on September 5th, October 3rd, and November 7th. Attendance is free and open to the public.
“People have really come to know Streets of St. Charles not just for our great dining, shopping and entertainment, but also for the popular events that we hold throughout the year,” said Anaise Berry, Director of Marketing for Cullinan Properties. “The introduction of the Beale Street Market serves as a great complement to the vibrant activities already happening on the property, including the Beale Street Concert Series, Yoga on Beale, and Ladies Night Out events. The Market will allow visitors yet another way to experience all that we have to offer here.”
In addition to the upcoming Beale Street Market on August 1st, there are many events that continue to take place throughout the summer and fall. Three more concerts in the Beale Street Concert Series remain, including The Yacht Rockers on August 8th, Marquise Knox on September 12th, and Dr. Zhivegas on October 10th. Yoga on Beale will take place Saturday, August 11th and Saturday September 8th, with practice beginning both days at 8AM. And for the shopping fashionistas, the property will feature quarterly trunk shows with Streets of St. Charles boutiques, as well as an upcoming Ladies Night Out on August 23rd.
All Beale Street Markets will take place on Beale Street between Lombard and Nichols, where booths will be set up on both sides of the street. A variety of vendors will participate, offering local produce, products, art and more.
