Streets of St. Charles Announces Line-Up for the 2018 Beale Street Concert Series
Free Outdoor Concerts will be held monthly May through October
St. Charles, Mo., May 2, 2018 – Streets of St. Charles will once again partner with Y98 and the Greater St. Charles Convention and Visitors Bureau for the 2018 Beale Street Concert Series, held monthly on Beale Street the second Wednesday of each month beginning in May. Trixie Delight will kick off the season on May 9th from 6pm to 8pm. Dr. Zhivegas will close out the performances in October. Concerts are free and open to the public.
“The Beale Street Concert Series, now in its fourth season, has grown in popularity since it kicked off in 2015, and has become a regular gathering place for family and friends,” said Anaise Berry, Director of Marketing for Cullinan Properties. “This year, by popular demand, we’re extending the season, and adding an October show which allows for even more music and great company to be enjoyed by all. The region has embraced the environment of live outdoor music, unique food and drinks in this vibrant community.”
In addition to the music, various Streets of St. Charles restaurants will be serving food and refreshments to concert-goers, including Bar Louie, Dewey’s Pizza, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, Five Guys, PF Chang’s, Prasino, Pieology, Tucano’s, Wasabi Sushi Bar, and U-Swirl Frozen Yogurt. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs for the performance.
The 2018 Beale Street Concert Series schedule is as follows:
- May 9th – Trixie Delight
- June 13th – Joe Dirt
- July 11th – Superjam
- August 8th – The Yacht Rockers
- September 12th – Marquise Knox
- October 10th – Dr. Zhivegas
All performances will be held on Beale Street, between Nichols and Lombard. Free parking will be available in the on-site parking deck, with entrances on Lombard, Camelback and South Main Street.
