(Peoria, IL, May 10, 2016) – Streets of St. Charles will welcome Sole & Blues and Think Pink Nail Salon to its mixed-use development located at Interstate 70 and South Fifth Street in St. Charles, Missouri.  The two new tenants signed their leases in April and are scheduled to open their doors for business this summer.

Sole & Blues, which opened its first location in the Delmar Loop in 1999, is a locally owned boutique known for its cutting edge lines of clothing, shoes and accessories for both women and men – offering popular brands like BB Dakota, Nudies, Naked and Famous and AG.  Their unique lines of jewelry are created by artists who present a natural and delicate style.  Sole & Blues will be located on Beale Street next to MOD, and also joins Leopard Boutique in the center who will be celebrating their 1st anniversary in May. Sole & Blues has already started construction and is expected to open mid-summer.  “When we considered where to open a new location, we were drawn to Streets of St. Charles because of its mix of businesses and vibrant energy that’s present at the property,” said Tammy White, Sole & Blues owner. “It’s a great complement to our Delmar store.”

Think Pink Nail Salon will offer high-end manicures and pedicures along with eyelash, eyebrow and waxing services – pampering clients with the comforts of a spa while drawing from the best practices of salons from the East and West coasts.  Think Pink will be located next to another newcomer to the property – Orangetheory Fitness who offers its special brand of personal fitness and will be open 7 days a week starting this summer.  “The diversity of everything available at Streets of St. Charles is very attractive to us,” says owner Stephanie Chen. “We’re excited about being in the middle of everything while offering both convenience and exceptional service for those who want something special.”

Sole & Blues and Think Pink are just the most recent tenants Streets of St. Charles has announced this year. A new Drury Inn & Suites is currently under construction, and a number of other retail and service tenants have opened, or plan to open in 2016, including the recent openings of MOD and Supercuts and the upcoming openings of PF Changs, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill and Orangetheory Fitness.

“The vibrancy of the Streets of St. Charles is due largely to the unique and diverse businesses we’ve brought to the area,” said Patricia Kueneke, Senior Real Estate Representative for Cullinan Properties. “Many of the businesses here are locally owned, and therefore play an instrumental role in building community here, making it a welcome and energetic place.”
