(Peoria, IL, November 19, 2015) – The Streets of St. Charles continues to grow its eclectic mix of dining options with the opening of Picasso’s Coffee House and Pieology Pizzeria on Monday, November 23, 2015. The Streets of St. Charles, owned and developed by Cullinan Properties, Ltd., is located on South Fifth Street at the I-70 interchange in St. Charles, Missouri.
Currently the go-to place for coffee on Main Street in historic St. Charles, Picasso’s new store at the Streets of St. Charles will be the second location for proprietors Chris and Angela Schulte. In addition to serving up fresh micro-roasted coffee, Picasso’s will offer a fresh menu selection for breakfast and lunch that includes vegetarian and vegan options. In the evening, patrons may choose from a variety of small plates and desserts, along with a wide selection of wines, beer and specialty drinks. Proprietor Chris Schulte said, “We’re excited to be expanding into the Streets of St. Charles development, and look forward to creating a special niche in this additional location.”
Pieology Pizzeria’s custom pizza will be a unique offering at the Streets of St. Charles and the first in the St. Louis area, where guests create their own stone oven fired pizza, selecting from eight signature sauces, and more than 40 fresh and flavorful meats, cheeses, vegetables, herbs, and spices. Pieology’s custom salads allow guests to create made-to-order salads by choosing from three fresh lettuce options and a large variety of toppings, along with a choice of five dressings made in-house. Jeremy Bonk, director of operations for franchisee Midwest Pie, LLC’s St. Louis Market, said, “ We’re pleased to be part of the diverse dining experience the Streets of St.
Charles offers, providing fresh, gluten-free and unique menu items for our guests.”

The openings will be celebrated with ribbon cutting events hosted by the Greater St. Charles County Chamber of Commerce Tuesday, November 24th, with a ribbon cuttings at Picasso’s Coffee at 10:00 a.m. and Pieology Pizzeria at 11:00 a.m.
