(Peoria, IL – September 18, 2025) – Cullinan Properties, a leading national provider of real estate services specializing in commercial and mixed-use developments and acquisitions, today announced the promotion of Ginger Benz to President, Government Solutions & Business Strategy.
In her new role, Ginger will oversee the strategic growth and development of Cullinan’s government-focused initiatives, a division with a track record of success dating back to the late 1980s. This includes major and minor projects for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), as well as government facilities such as the FBI, IRS, and U.S. Attorney General’s Office for the General Services Administration (GSA). Ginger will continue collaborating with Cullinan’s senior leadership team on company-wide initiatives and business development, while leading national political and regional/local government relations.

Ginger joined Cullinan Properties in 2006 and was integral in the pre-development for the Levee District in Downtown East Peoria, IL, the Streets of St. Charles, Metro St. Louis, MO and Rock Run Collection in Joliet, IL. She has held a variety of leadership positions, including Vice President of Operations & Marketing, Vice President of Business Development, Strategic Partnerships & Special Projects, and most recently, Senior Vice President of Government Solutions. Her career has spanned multiple disciplines, including marketing, public relations, operational management, and strategic partnerships, and she has been a key driver in building Cullinan’s reputation for excellence in both commercial and government real estate.
