(Peoria, IL June 3, 2024) – Michael Gold, President of Cullinan Properties, announced today two additions to the Cullinan team. Wayne Wozniak has joined the team as SVP, Accounting and will be in Cullinan’s Chicagoland office. Wayne has nearly 25 years of experience in accounting and finance. Prior to joining Cullinan Properties, he served as Vice President of Accounting for Chicago-based Golub & Company. Wayne will be responsible for planning and forecasting the overall financial vision for the company and overseeing all fiscal activity of its robust real estate portfolio and operations.
Joining Wozniak is Ryan Whalen, as Regional Property Manager for Cullinan’s central Illinois and Florida portfolios. Ryan will be in Cullinan’s East Peoria, IL office and will be responsible for managing Cullinan’s mixed-use, retail, multi-family, office, and medical properties. He has nearly 25 years’ experience in real estate management, the last 7 years with Washington Prime Group overseeing properties in Illinois, Ohio, and Texas.
