Wayne Wozniak serves as Senior Vice President of Accounting at Cullinan Properties, where he oversees financial reporting, treasury, tax matters, and cash flow projections. Based in Cullinan’s Chicagoland office, Wayne provides strategic financial leadership across the company’s diverse real estate portfolio.
With nearly 25 years of experience in accounting and finance, Wayne most recently served as Vice President of Accounting at Golub & Company, a leading Chicago-based real estate firm. In that role, he directed accounting operations and financial planning for a substantial commercial property portfolio.
Wayne is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Southern Illinois University, where he was a member of the Financial Management Association and the Honor Society—reflecting his commitment to academic and professional excellence.
