Toni Ramadani serves as Chief Investment Officer and is responsible for sourcing and evaluating residential, retail, and mixed-use development opportunities. In addition to this, Toni leads all financial activity related to key development projects, including RockRun Collection, a 310-acre mixed-use development in SW suburban Chicago and the company’s largest undertaking to date. Toni specializes in public-private partnerships and has held an integral role in securing over $165M in development incentives for various projects.
Prior to his current role, Toni worked directly with the executive team and chairman as a Financial Analyst and eventually as VP of Investments, gaining a solid understanding of all aspects of the business. Toni received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
