Stephanie oversees Cullinan Properties’ Development and Tenant Coordination Department. She is involved in all aspects of Cullinan Properties’ development and construction projects, including acquisition due diligence, conceptual site layouts, schedules and budgets, RFP preparation and solicitation, timely construction and opening and project close-out. Stephanie brings nearly 20 years of construction, administration and project management experience to her position. She is detail-oriented and prides herself on her organizational skills and positive proactive communication to ensure project fluidity and success.
Prior to joining Cullinan Properties in 2003, Stephanie served as Construction Project Manager for a Peoria area general contractor. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management and minor in Business from Bradley University. She is also a LEED Green associate.
Stephanie is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). She currently serves as the Town Architect for the Streets of St. Charles, is on the Board of Directors for the Streets of St. Charles Community Improvement District (CID), and serves on the Board for Community Workshop & Training Center. Stephanie has been recognized by InterBusiness Issues as one of Peoria’s 40 Leaders Under Forty and by Midwest Real Estate News as one of their Women in Commercial Real Estate.
