Mike is responsible for managing Cullinan’s portfolio operating metrics and cash flows, reporting, budgeting and forecasting. Additionally, Mike leads Cullinan’s operating portfolio strategy, goal setting and tracking as well as approval of new lease and renewal packages.
Prior to joining Cullinan, Mike was VP of Asset Management at Brookfield Properties where he oversaw a portfolio of regional malls in markets throughout the United States. There he provided insight and recommendations regarding portfolio strategies including hold/sell analysis and capital allocation to maximize returns to institutional investors. Mike attended the University of Michigan where he attained his Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate and Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
