Bryce joined Cullinan Properties in 2018 and serves as Vice President of our Development and Healthcare divisions. His primary focus is on the underwriting and development of our healthcare projects including our federally leased assets across the country. This includes involvement in site acquisitions, financial feasibility analysis and proforma cash flow projections.
Prior to his current role, Bryce served as our Vice President of Investments where he was responsible for analyzing and improving the financial performance of Cullinan’s existing portfolio as well as leading asset dispositions. Additionally, he has experience managing our existing assets by providing guidance on municipal incentives, structuring new lease deals and project financing.
Prior to joining Cullinan Properties, Bryce served as a Credit Analyst at Heartland Bank & Trust in Bloomington, IL where he was responsible for reviewing credit portfolios and conducting financial analysis on the bank’s largest clients. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Illinois State University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
