LOCATION:  East Peoria, IL

SUMMARY:  A leading real estate developer is seeking an experienced marketing and research support to its affiliates and administrative support to corporate marketing department. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist Sr. Marketing Manager in developing relationships with key media contacts by ensuring media contact list is accurate for all Cullinan Properties entities.
  • Assist in monitoring and content creation for multiple social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) for assigned Cullinan Properties entities.
  • Update assigned Cullinan Properties websites to ensure content is up-to-date.
  • Perform market research analyses for new, redevelopment & current opportunities, including but not limited to market gap analysis, demographics, competition and location maps, as assigned
  • Monitor and utilize news resources daily and route applicable clips to team
  • Research information for potential tenant opportunities
  • Helps implement direct marketing activities (print and digital) for company properties.
  • Assist marketing and leasing with conference and trade show preparation. Travel as required.
  • Provide administrative and project management support to the corporate marketing department
  • Monitor and code marketing related invoices and track real time spending amounts for certain services such as ad placement, printing, promotional items and more for applicable accounts and properties
  • Assist in the development, ordering, printing and assembly of leasing, corporate marketing and presentation materials as requested
  • Keep marketing and leasing departments organized and well stocked with supplemental marketing materials
  • Complete all assigned projects as requested, including but not limited to: scanning, mailing, communicating, binding, follow-up, etc.
  • Maintain an appropriate filing system for all marketing and confidential materials

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in marketing and communications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business with an emphasis on marketing, communications, social media, public relations and/or journalism.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, InDesign and Social Media Applications.
  • Photoshop and Illustrator experience a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication and writing skills with an excellent eye for detail.
  • Commercial development, retail and/or shopping center experience a plus.
