Promotions within Cullinan Properties Leadership Team

(Peoria, IL – February 1, 2022) – Cullinan Properties is pleased to announce two staff promotions within its leadership team. Stephanie Webster has been promoted to Vice President – Director of Development and Steven C. Gatton has been promoted to Vice President – Director of Asset Management.

As Vice President – Director of Development, Stephanie Webster oversees Cullinan Properties’ development and tenant coordination efforts, and is involved in all aspects of Cullinan Properties’ development and construction projects, which include medical, commercial office, retail, and multi-family. Having joined Cullinan Properties in 2003, Ms. Webster has more than two decades of construction, administration, and project management experience. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), currently serves as the Town Architect for the Streets of St. Charles mixed-use development in Metro St. Louis, is on the Board of Directors for the Streets of St. Charles Community Improvement District and serves on the Board for Community Workshop & Training Center. She has been recognized in 2016 by InterBusiness Issues as one of Peoria’s 40 Leaders Under Forty and by Midwest Real Estate News as one of their Women in Commercial Real Estate in 2015.

Chairman and founding partner, Diane Cullinan Oberhelman, expressed her excitement for Ms. Webster’s new role, saying, “This is a well-deserved move up for Stephanie, as she has been an integral part of Cullinan Properties’ growth and success. Our VA projects in both Austin and Tampa are just two key examples of how she is contributing to our expansion in new markets.”

As Vice President – Director of Asset Management, Steven Gatton oversees all aspects of property operations, including supervision of both in-house personnel and third-party firms. He coordinates leasing and tenant coordination related activities for the managed properties and oversees Cullinan Properties’ Information Technology. Prior to joining Cullinan Properties in 2017, Gatton worked for 14 years in financial strategy and asset management. He currently serves as President of Peoria’s Building Owners and Managers Association Chapter (BOMA). He is also on the board for Neighborhood House and previously was on the board of Mustaches for Kids Peoria. Steven was selected to be a part of Senator Chuck Weaver’s 1,000 Pounds Project, an initiative focused on impacting the greatest needs of the Peoria community. He is a graduate of Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce’s 43rd Annual Community Leadership School and currently serves on the Community Leadership School’s Planning Committee.
