(Peoria, IL, November 3, 2015) – Cullinan Properties, Ltd., the owner and developer of the Streets of St. Charles located on South 5th Street at the 1-70 interchange in St. Charles MO announced the signing of two new tenants to be located at the mixed-use development. Noodles & Company and Firebirds Wood Fired Grill will join the growing list of dining, retail and services available at Streets of St. Charles.
Noodles & Company, with a planned opening of Summer 2016, will locate on Beale Street, north of Lombard near Interstate 70, sharing a building with Pieology which is scheduled to open later this month. Noodles & Company specializes in fast-casual dining, with a menu featuring noodle dishes, sandwiches, salads and soups.
Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, also scheduled to open next summer, will build its first Missouri location at Streets of St. Charles. The restaurant, which serves classic American cuisine including hand-cut steaks, seafood and signature specialty dishes, serves lunch and dinner, and has been named one of ten 2014 “Breakout Brands” by Nation’s Restaurant News. Firebirds also received a 2014 Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor.

Construction will start soon on the area’s newest PF Chang’s, and construction is nearing completion at St. Louis’s first Pieology. Pieology will open soon, to be followed by PF Chang’s in the spring of 2016.
