As EVP of Construction, Kevin provides strategic leadership across the department and oversees all construction activities for the company’s existing portfolio and future developments. He manages third party resources and ensures projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. Before joining Cullinan, Kevin served as VP and Director of Construction at Quarterra, a national, vertically integrated development firm specializing in multifamily projects. With over 22 years of experience in general contracting and development, he brings extensive expertise in construction management, project execution, and team leadership.
